War-Wolves of Angmar
The military of Angmar bred a type of war-dog different from the known wargs, or wild wolves of the westlands, though they were believed to be akin to these races as well as to the eriadorian wolf-hounds, but these dogs of war were only animals, not mighty spirits, corrupted kelvafeär or warped monsters of any kind, and they were partially great wolves and wolf-hounds cross-bred with a strange breed of eastern creatures, the War-wolves of Waw, which servants of the dog-lord hat brought to the west.
