Thogron son of Morgrim, feared for his reputation as a lethal berserker whom are amongst the greatest and most skilled warriors of the dwarven people. Known for their talent in slaying the greatest of foes, even drakes and wyrms of the Grey Mountains.
History[]
Expedition through Ered Mithrin[]
Thogron was a young dwarf when accompanied his father on the Expedition to settle down in the Grey Mountains. It was a harsh and lengthy journey with many dangerous encounter and obstacles, despite the fact Thogron had been trained by his own father in matters of surviving the wilds away from civilization.
Their greatest foe on this journey would be when they arrived at a forsaken mining camp amidst the mountain ranges where they seeked shelter for the night. It did not take long before they were attacked by a large serpent like creature known as wyrms. It was during their battling with this fire breathing wyrm that Morgrim would earn the name Wyrmbane after dealing the final blow. For without Morgrim's keen strategic mind and ability to analyse this serpent's behavior then many lives would've been lost before they'd be able to bring it down.
Although Morgrim showed great leadership that day, it was actually Thogron who dealth the most lethal blows to this serpent after he'd gone into a frenzy with his dual axes hacking and slashing the serpent swiftly a series of times without growing tired. This made him known as a berserker to his clan ever since, something which came to a surprise for his father due to their vastly different nature. Whereas Morgrim was a calm and analytical dwarf, his son was close to the opposite with his raging temper and brute strength.
