An ancient Orc and veteran of many battles Krimpûl was the overseer and chief-torturer of the dungeons of Dol Guldur, having earned his position after being almost fatally wounded in Moria and not being able to march any more he pledged his service to the Necromancer who found the scarred old Orc who walked with a limp a trustful and experienced servant.
