Axantur (Q. "Master of Law" or "Commanding Lord"), son of Nolondil, was a noble of Númenor and cousin to King Tar-Elendil. He was a great-grandson of Elros Tar-Minyatur and grandson of Vardamir Nólimon. His (elder) siblings were Yávien and Oromendil. His wife was Élquassë (N). His children were Lindissë, Ardamir, and Cemendur.

His descendants were the leading high house of Hyarastorni. He was to become the ancestor of his great-grandson Hallacar, who wedded Queen Tar-Ancalimë, the first Ruling Queen of Númenor.
