Ehazt Artist

Ehazt (or Nibiruz, "Small Folk") was the common Haradrim term for Dwarves. The first Dwarves had entered Harad in the First Age as Explorers and Prospectors. In the Second Age some of these Ehazt allied themselves with the Kibic-Haradrim and Avari Elves.

Most Ehazt were descendants of the Ironfists of Namagalûz, although some of them descended from other tribes who came to the south as Merchants and Craftsmen. In Far-Harad and the utter South Dwarves of the Blacklock Kindred (called "Mablâd") were a more common sight due to the three Dwarven Cities of Baruzimabûl, Mablad-dûm and Narad-dûm built in the Irid Laranor by this tribe.

Notes[]

Ehazt seems to be a corruption or derivative Form of "Khazâd", the Name Dwarves gave to themselves.
