Faewath (S. "Shadowy spirit") was a name the Noldor had given to a misled elven spirit who served Sauron.Corrupted and enslaved after the Battle of Unnumbered Tears, Faewath served his master at Angband , where he worked at the corruption of Beast of Middle-earth.

Feägwath was most likely intended to be Feagwath from Middle-earth Role Playing who was however described as a Ringwight and so would't have existed back in the First Age.
