Two enchanted star sapphires that allowed the wearer to sense objects and presences within 2000feet ; One is a + 5 Channeling spell adder, the other a + 5 Essence spell adder; and enable the wearer to know and use all base Mentalist spells.
They look like eyes. The Fifth of the Nazgûl took off his own eyes a long time ago to replace them by these jewels, that's why he's also called the Blind Sorcerer.
