In Mag, Durkandig (Ma. "?") was the tropical grassland west of the Nols Aulda, where the environment was similar to that of the Ugab Mag. This was true until the elevation began to increase as one neared the Yellow Mountains. The environment changed the farther north and west one traveled: more trees appeared, the terrain became rougher, and the temperature dropped slightly.
The Sedêre were less common in Durkandig: they favored the Ugab Mag.
