Dora Baggins (TA 2901–3006) was a Hobbit of the Shire and the eldest child of Fosco Baggins.
She was a guest at Bilbo Baggins' Farewell Party, where she was given a waste-paper basket. Dora was noted for her lengthy letters of good advice.
