Dirhoel (T.A. 2800 - T.A. 2933) was one of the Dúnedain that lived in the North and a descendant of Aranarth. Married to Nínaen, he was the father of Dirhael.

Notes[]

  • Dirhoel first appeared in the early drafts of the Lord of the Rings appendices before Tolkien settled on the form Dírhael.
