Crugbit was a Goblin-mage from the Misty Mountains and a resident of Goblin-town. A degenerate son of the Great Goblin Ogrod, his father, ashamed of his weakly offspring, pushed him off as a lesser servant to the orcish stewards of Goblin-town, where Crugbit eventually used his high intelligence and wits to rise within the hierarchy of orcish Sages and Loremasters and rose to his father's personal scribe or Lamoshgong. Crippled and weak from birth, Crugbit was a collector of wart-stones, which he used to brew potions to ease the constant pains caused by his frailty.
Notes[]
For continuity reasons and streamlining of the background stories the unnamed Goblin scribe from the Hobbit movies and the video game character "Crugbit" were condensed into one single character on this wiki.
