Sten Kirian - a Cloudlord
The Cloud-Lords or Ezranarans were the ruling dynasty of Tanara. They were the eldest Tanaran culture, being descendants of a people known as the Zori, probably Talataerim intruders (and as such relatives of the Sulini and Myri) from the west, but also guessed to be related to the Dúrakhani. They owned the Ramrokkô-artefacts which enabled them to control mysterious winged beasts called Steardan.

Originally the Cloud-lords had been servants of the Lords of Essence and followed the Cult of Ezran before it's corruption.The ancient Cloud-lords' descendants of the later ages however had taken a more or less agnostic stance.

The Cloudlords, Myri and Sulini may be comparable to the Tocharians, Bactrians, Kushans, Yuezhi and northeastern siberian peoples as the Evenks or Itelmen.
