Clotrad (W.:"Cloud-way";S."Fainrath") was a small township in Saerlann opposites to Brêgost.

While in the earlier version of his article Population and Urbanization in Eriador Thomas Morwinsky placed Clothrad in Cardolan west of "Suduri",in the 2012 version (published in Other Minds Magazine #13) he uses the same name for a settlement on the southern Angren vaguely corresponding to Balorn (Angren).
