Cirdor was a Sindarin Elf, and the son of Cirdan the Shipwright.He had fought against the enemies of Mordor during the Last Alliance but split from his father's folk in Lindon and took over Lordship of the Avorrim of Edhellond. After his father departed to Valinor, Cirdor remained behind and became the new "Lord of the Falathrim".
