Cectelë (Q. "Lady of pheasants") (S.A. 83 - S.A. 491) was the wife of Manwendil, the third child and second son of Elros Tar-Minyatur and Sírien Súlimë.
She was a child of a line of Hadorians who had settled on the isle of Númenor. After she married Manwendil, they had Lávarien, Ixalwen, and Pirindë.
