Third Age

The Third Age of Sun was marked by the rise and fall of powerful kingdoms, the enduring presence of the Shadow in the East, and the eventual triumph of the Free Peoples against the Dark Lord Sauron. Spanning over three millennia, it culminated in the War of the Ring, the destruction of the One Ring, and the ushering in of the Fourth Age, known as the Age of Men.
