Númenor

Númenor or Westernesse, was a star-shaped island-continent raised by the Valar as a gift to the Edain, the faithful Men who aided in the wars against Morgoth. Located in the middle of the Great Sea, Númenor was a beacon of culture and power in the Second Age and mightiest realm of Men that ever was.
