Magic

Magic in world of Ambar was not merely the conjuring of spells and sorcery but a manifestation of power, will, and the natural forces of Arda. Unlike in many lesser realms, magic in Middle-earth was woven into the very fabric of creation, bound to the essence of the Ainur, Elves, and the forces of nature. It could be subtle, as in the enchantments of Elven craftsmanship, or terrible, as in the dark sorceries of Morgoth and Sauron.
