From the Great Worm Glaurung, the Father of Dragons, to the winged terrors of the North, such as Ancalagon the Black and Smaug the Golden, these creatures brought ruin upon Elves, Men, and Dwarves alike, shaping the fates of kingdoms with their insatiable greed and devastating power.
