Carrac Lir (Hi. "rock sea") was an angmarian province in northern Rhudaur, the former lands of Cromm Bráighe also including Macc-Rúad and Tor Rétlu.Parts of it's territory later was lost to Coir Ross.Carrac Lir continued to exist well into the T.A. 1970ies when it was succeeded by the later tribal realm of Rann Gasta.
