The Cénnacatti were the folk of westernmost Sîrayn where they populated the Cénnacatt plateau and Cénna river valley where their chief settlement was the city of Tartaust.They were the poorest of the Sîrani, mostly being farmers in the river valleys and goat and sheep herders in the plains.Many of the Cénnacatti were subjects of the great mountain fortress of the Tûr Betark known as Ny Cénnacatt, from where the Nazgûl Khôrahil and his lieutenants led their Army of the Southern Dragon.
