Son of the bold Dwarf-maiden Dhrûz and the Lord Gûrn the Survivor-Lord, Bhûrm the Faint (Ak. "Chisel") (SA ca. 1200) was born late in the Second Age to powerful and influential parents. He struggled to find his way, and at the age of fifty, struck out on his own, establishing a successful trading company. His daughter, Dhrûz Gîm, was one of the revered Keepers of the Hammer.

Notes[]

  • The spelling of some names has been altered here to move away from pseudo-old Norse names, which represent the language of northern Rhovanion and would have been unknown to the eastern Dwarves.
    Original forms:
    • BurinBhûrm
    • Drus → Dhrûz
