Brakash was a person to whom the legendary Brakash's Dwarf Axe of Hacking had once belonged. The Axe was a known artifact in Rohan. The name seems to be of Black Speech in origin and mean "The One Awoken". Most likely it belonged to a servant of Dol Guldur, perhaps an Orc.
