Bolingúl was an orcish captain and slasher and sub-ordinate officer of the orc-band Frodo and Sam had joined in orc-disguise.

While in the Books the leaders of the Orc Troop are described as Uruks Bolingúl rather seems to be a taller lesser Orc in the Movie Trilogy.He and his Chief Gordmúl seem to be of the Morannon Orc or Gusmuras type.
