The Bill is a blade on a Staff, originally intended as an agricultural implement used for trimming tree limbs, but often refitted as a Pole arm for war.It was originally first used by the early Noldor who had seed the possibilities of the tool as a weapon against both enemy infantry, cavalry and flying creatures (such as vampires) or very tall creatures (for example trolls) as well.
The grim minded Feanorians nicknamed their variety of this weapon the "mictha", or "kiss".
