- J. R. R. Tolkien, The Fellowship of the Ring II:10

Bhrâli of Rûrumakh (Ak? "?") (SA ca. 3400) was a Lord of Rûrîk who challenged Fulla XIV for the throne, for he was not of direct line to Fulla VII. The conflict led to the feud that separated the Blacklocks and Stonefoots.

Notes

  • The spelling of some names has been altered here to move away from pseudo-old Norse names, which represent the language of northern Rhovanion and would have been unknown to the eastern Dwarves.
    Original forms:
    • BrálinBhrâli
    • Ruuriik → Rûrîk
    • Ruurumakh → Rûrumakh
