Beranar (S? "?"), also known as the Ghost Man, was a Gondorian man who lived in the region of Ithilien. Despite being pale in a way, Beranar endured the cold while enjoying to live in the cold environment of the White Mountains. Married to a beautiful wife of Minas Tirith, Beranar was the father of Berenar. During the Corsair Wars, Beranar met a fellow ranger who came from the north. Upon seeing the ranger holding the Ring of Barahir that he and his kin heard so much about, he saw that the ranger was a descendant of Isildur Elendilion.
