The Belaen-an-Voryl (Wm. "Sun's-death from Hunger") were a sorcerous cult and/or order formed by the fallen Half-elf Ulgarin in the Second Age. Across the centuries of the Second Age, Ulgarin taught the tenets of evil to the inhabitants of Móak, Kuiwak Wômaw, Wôm Shryac, and Góak, leading to the tyranny of the Lawmasters in the Farthest East.
