Barakûl
In the Fourth Age, the Barakûl (Kh. "?") were one of the two remaining Dwarven factions of the Westlands. The Barakûl were thought to have been the secret heirs of a great, but forgotten, Dwarven kingdom in the mountains of the North, which halls they had sealed and whose original name was forbidden to mention, for its treasures and knowledge the Barakûl had sworn to keep away from the selfishness and greed of Men.
