Barad Perras (S. "Littlehorn Tower"): this tower in North Ithilien lay on the mountain known as Hallras, in the lower western slopes of the Ephel Dûath, and overlooked the headwaters of the Sir Ascarwing. It was built by a Dúnadan nobleman early in the Third Age.
