Bar Númendur (S. "Dwelling [of] Númendur"), known to the locals as An Ruilin (Har.: "Place on the Ruilin") was a town on the Ruilin river and Great South Road, about 25 miles south of Ramlond (Kas Shadoul) along the Road, on the edge of the Harad Desert.
