Balimur (Dn.:"Booty of the Swamps") was a Gondorian fortress which ruled the surrounding Grithion of Loeg Balimur.

The place was ancient and its name came from a long forgotten pre-númenorean or Old Gondorian Daen tongue.

Notes

The translation of "Balimur" is not given in MERP but was reconstructed.
