Balcheneb (S. "Fierce-eyed") was a powerful fire-drake, a descendant of Falchîn.He once mated with Goehel and sired the cold-drake Agburanar
Notes[]
Original form in MERP:Nwalkahendi
According to the MERP legacy "Nwalkahendi" was a nephew of Glaurung and sired Agburanar in the late second age, before the fall of Númenor, which is highly unlikely.Falchîn (S."ravine-eyes") was a Dragon of Angband, a powerful fire-drake he was a nephew of Glaurung and ancestor of Agburanar. To avoid conflicts with the legandarium having only two deagons survive the War of Wrath and the general aging of Dragons as far as known from Glaurung and Smaug the character accordingly was here split in two, a first Age ancestor, "Falchin", and the actual father, Balcheneb.
