Big, brawny, powerful and with a taste for the little folk, Búl was a lesser Troll squad-leader on the 34th level of Angband.He was friends with two other Trolls named Bûrat and Tûma who lived on the same level.He was known to heal quick and when on patrol usually appeared with an escort.

Original form in the Angband roguelike: William, Wuluag or Bill
In the roguelike he is implied to be William Huggins, but this was retconned as William almost certainly was not yet born in the First Age.So he was replaced by another Troll with a similar sounding name.
