Albethrin

Albethrin was a dwarf King of Nogrod who had traded arms to Angband.After open conflict with Angband had escalated nogrods nobles dethroned him and he eventually had to go into exile along with his son Hagin.However both found asylum at Melkor's court and eventually rose to positions of some power and respect among angbands inhabitants.

Notes

Albethrin is based on Alberich from the Angband roguelike.However he was borrowed to that game from german mythology and is based on Alberich the Nibelung.As old high german is unfitting for dwarves of this era and time his name was replaced with a supposed beleriandic form.
