Akanli (Aka.) was a Narnerin language sub-family from the Utter South and the Southern Archipelago.It was originally spoken by wandering Second age tribes, the Koro-Akanli.Among it's third Age descendants was Mûmakanda, and the later Mahûd-dialect as well as the Irakh-Sâre languages from E-Sorul Sare and the Irakh chain.

Akanli was invented as an ancestor to the languages MERP simply called "Mûmakanin" and Sâre.Their original language base were old Abessinian and Arabic.Sâric may also be influenced by Malagasy and Javanese.
