The Long Marshes (S. "Aelinann"):
- Type: Marshland.
- Area : 420 square miles.
- Geographic Area: Rhovanion.
- Wetlands are formed where the Forest River enters the Long Lake. No paths cross the marshes. Travel along the river is slow and tedious.
