Aelfheah was a Mariner of the Angol and one of the seven companions of Eriol on his voyage to Eneadur, the Magic Isles and finally Tol Eressea where they had to change course to escape mists and turning winds and lost Eriol, who had jumped into the ocean as his ship drifted back east.
