Adelard Took (TA 2928 – FO 2) was a Hobbit of the Shire, son of Flambard Took and a grandson to the Old Took.He lived at Great Smials in Tuckburrow where he took care of the Tooks library.
He was a guest at Bilbo Baggins' Farewell Party, where he was given an umbrella by Bilbo, as he had borrowed many and never returned one.
