Ûthmag was a man of Mordor, High-priest of the Order of the Southern Dragon and Lord of those With the Black Hand. He presided over the Temple of Those With the Black Hand, or "House of the Black Hand", the principal center of Sauronic worship in southwestern Endor which was located outside of Fal Carth.
