Ûrîzîr was the youngest of the nobles on the Council of the Sceptre. Always wary and cautious, he would take the words of Amandil and Ar-Pharazôn into account. However, he would always side with his King and was ultimately loyal to him. He was entertained by the deeds of Sauron and his loyalty to the crown did not wavier even when the King's Men marched on Valinor.
