I am not really happy with Utumkodur and Ruingurth being the parents of the lesser great dragons after the war of wrath. While their stories are most fitting for the two sur ivors they are too much alike I still think one should be winged, one non-winged, one fire and one cold, to explain the later dragons diversity.I'd have preferred Goehel over Ruingurth.

Nice to hear something positive, this project has faced much critique from people who strongly dislike fanon and MERP purists alike. What we try is to fill out gaps, but staying as close to Tolkien, in spirit, as possible, as well as align diverging interpretations from licensed adaptions. You can't make everybody happy... it is just a fan project of well researched fanfic.We don't claim any canoncity nor do we claimmto replace Tolkiens Lehendarium with something else.

You won´t find them in MERP because i made them up!
Or let´s say, they are based on works from the fanmodules group and other minds magazine and i reconstructed their name in JRRT´s teased north-Avarin dialect. MERP only has the Luindrim of Luindor and other minds magazine identifies the North-Elves as the Hwendi.
